Company's principal line of business is development of Residential and commercial properties including gated communities, apartments, commercial markets, multistoried buildings for offices, shopping centers, restaurants, and leisure facilities.

The sponsor of the Company, Mr. Khalid Riaz, is a seasoned entrepreneur involved in multiple businesses for the last 40 years. These businesses include majority-owned Oil & Gas marketing (Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd - GO) with over US$ 1+ billion turnover and 1300+ outlets, along with transport & logistics (US$ 200+ million turnover, 900+ tank lorries), agriculture, and dairy.

The current portfolio of the company includes premium real estate assets located at 6+ locations across Lahore and Faisalabad at various stages of design, approvals, and construction.
